Heat treatment is one of the most important steps in the coil spring manufacturing process.
Dr. Nano reinforced main coil springs are heat treated multiple times with nano-particles up too 260°C

Ready coil is now dipped with a phosphate coating for maximum corrosion protection. A durable epoxy powdercoat finish provides extreme protection against the elements.

Dr. Nano reinforced main coil springs are tuned with approximately 15% higher rate which results in a better load carrying capacity, nominal increase in ground clearance & excellent high speed stability.
